A Journey Into Tradition and Christian Formation

Welcome to our website. We hope that it will provide helpful information about our parish family and life. We are an active and growing network of families throughout northern Virginia committed to traditional worship centered on the historic Book of Common Prayer.

There is a deep longing in all of us to experience a sense of awe and mystery, a sense of the transcendent. The traditional liturgy assists us in moving past our self-centeredness so that we may more fully become aware of God’s presence as we gather together in His presence. In the central act of Christian worship, the Mass, we are gathered together “with Angels and Archangels, and with all the company of heaven” to join them in their unending act of praise and thanksgiving.

In addition, we are committed to Christian formation: the perfecting of the saints, the work of the ministry, the edifying of the body of Christ till we all come in the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Through Bible studies, classes, and a daily schedule of morning and evening prayer, multiple opportunities exist to assist in spiritual growth.

I hope we have given you a sense of what we’re about and that you will join us soon.

May God richly bless you on your spiritual journey.
